--the  fifteenth  night  of  the   month  shaaban  is  celebrated  as  shab beraat, the  night  to  pray  to  ask  favours  from almighty, to  get  a  chance  to  avoid   going  to  hell, to  ambrace   mercies  bestowed  generously  on them, it  is  said  there  are  two  special  eid  like  nights   for  the  heavenly  angels  in the  higher  abode  , one  of  them is  shab  beraat  the  other  is  shab  qadar, shab beraat  is  celebrated   by  the  angels  at  night  because  they  do  not  sleep  at  night, actually  ethereal  beings  do  not  seep  at  all  like  the  mortals
