-the  defence  lawyer argued  he  could  prove  what  his  client  the  accused  of  murder  had  stated  about  his  hammer  stolen and crime  committed  with it  and  it was  his  possession so  only  his  finger prints  were  found  on it, someone  else  intentionally must  have  used  gloves  using  his  hammer  and  palnned  it  this  way  to  shift  all blame  on him,
