-it  is  found  by  researchers  people  who  consume  late  night  dinners  and  eat  heartily  at  night  heavy  indigestible  foods  and  enjoy  eating  large  sumptuous  amounts   right before  going  to  bed  suffer  more  health  related  problems  than  those  who  eat  light  supper  punctually  at  sunset or  before  dusk that  gives  their  system  enough  time  to  digest  their  meal  , lowering  their  cholesterol  level  and  maintaining immune  system more  efficiently
