-when  the  faithful  followers  fathered  around  the  rasool  he  asked  them  if  they   performed  one  thousand  good  deeds  every  day, showing  surprise   they  asked  how  was  it  possible   to  perform  so  many  perfectly  good  deeds  , the  rasool  explained  those  who  recited subhanallah  one  hundred  times  receives  benefits  equal  to  thousand  times  good  deeds  done  or  his  negative  points  are  erased  to purify his  actions
