-he  began  explaining  that  he  every  day  around  elevenish   to  twelve  mid  day turned  the  water  on,  in each  and  every  apartment  there  were  two  water  storing  tanks  , one  in the  kitchen  and  the  second  just  by  the  side  of  the  main door,  people"s  water  tanks  got  quickly  filled  up  before  half  hour,  in case  some  tanks  were  absolutely  empty  it  took some  fifteen minutes  more , the  point  was   he  allowed  water  to  fill up  up  all tanks   withing  one  hour  , then  right  at  twelve  he  would  turn  off  the  motor    and  take  a  round  of  the  whole  building  to  check  if  the  valves   were  right  after  the  over  flow
