Martha is an army nurse, she looks after a wounded soldier -Loyal , back to life who is quite a dashing and handsome man who marries her , she is plain and not pretty but extremely nice person , sincere to him, charles is her brother and a detective who finds in the store room of her cottage a tool box full of dead and murdered women"s stockings, Loyal -the husband--on Charles"s tip off is taken prisoner, but again a beautiful young woman next door is murdered
