Fun E Zaiqa

muttor  pullav  begins  the  menu
followed  by  akhrot  cake
khatti  masaladar  murghi
afghani pullav
zafrani  koftey
aab gosht
khada  masala  chicken roast

what  i  like  about aab gosht  is  the  technique    of  roasting the  meat  in regular fried  onion mix in its  own juices   till  dry  before  adding a  cupful of the  soaked  chick pea  lentils to  it
