sultan gaznavi  was  surrounded  by  his  courtiers  , many of  them were  jealous  of  ayaz-the  most  favourite  of  the  sultan, one  day  a  courtier  gives  the  sultan information that  ayaz  keeps  a  room  in a  remote  place  locked  up, every  night  when he  is  free he  goes  there, he  must  have  kept  stolen  wealth in a  bundle  there, the  sultan orders  his  men to  search the  place  and  get  all they  found  in the  room, the  men returned  with a  ragged  bundle  containing  three  pieces  of  rags, a  shirt  a  teband  and  a worn out  shoe
