--the  three   of  them  lived  together  in a  rented  quarter,  on  forty  five  rupees  monthly  , they  shared  the  living  space, maulana  sahib  cooked  their  meals  , because  he  was  the  only  one  who  knew  this  art and  craft  of cookery,  twice  a  day  the  dirty  dishes  were  washed  turn by  turn  leaving  the  maulana   out  because  he  had  done  his  share  of  work,  washing  of  the  clothes  was   done  by  a  local  washerman, , hadi  read  out  bismilla  quickly  and  loudly  and  dipping  his   morsel   a  piece  of  roti  in dal  he  stuffed  his  mouth  hungrily,  then  with  joy  shouting  what  an  amazing  chef  maulana  was  worthy  of  being  in the  court  of  bahadur  shah  zafar,  because  it  would    be befitting and  becoming  , there  was  a  reason behind  so  much  praise  , if  maulana  did  not  cook the  other  two  would  go  hungry, encouragement  was  necessary  for  keep  going  as  hashmi  also  exaggerated   showering  praises  over  him
