-the  snooker  club  was  located  in a  high  society  posh  area  , it  accommodated  many  other  unlawful  activities  and  sub  clubs  for  students  who  frequented  it  in their  school and  college  uniforms in their   school timings  , the  administration  was  aware  of  all  these  gatherings  but  they  kept  their  silence  on a  payment  they  got  on time
