-one"s  health is  affected  badly  when he  keeps  himself  on diet  so strict  and  regular  that  it  influences  it  negatively, the  purpose  of  dieting  is to  keep  one self  fit  and  healthy  and  also  lightweight, women  tend  to  skip  their  breakfast  , drinking  a  glass of  fruit  juice  for  dinner, this  is  very  wrong, do  not  starve  yourself, because  starving  yourself  will spoil  all  your  inner  organs, what  your  digestive  system needs  is  a  balanced  diet  on time  and  not  empty  stomach , regular  exercise  supports  a  good  diet  and  regulates  one"s  body  shape
