--aging  is  a  painful process , it   makes  one  feel  low  with  getting  older  and  wrinkly  and  feeble, weak  get  the  joints  and  rickety  their  structure, one  can not  get  any  younger  nor  can  the  aging  get  reversed  or  stopped  , but  there  is  hope  five  methods  if  followed  religiously regularly  can  rectify  symptoms  of  knee  pain
-healthy  exercise 
-fish  added  to  regular  diet
-soy added  to  meals
-inclusion of ginger
-seasonal  fruit
-all  the  above  have  natural  ingredients  that  are  pain killers  and  slow down  aging  as  a  process
