-kitchen  and  womanhood  complete  and  compliment each  other  , they  are  soulmates , without  one  the  existence  of  the  other  is  meaningless, every  family  all  day  long  are  kept  busy  and  by  the  end  of  the  day  it  is  homecoming  of  a  tired  family  like  travelers  seeking  warmth  food  and  longing  for  shelter  and  proper  sleep  and  comfort  which  is   seen  only  through  the  steaming  hot  food  served  them that  satisfies  their  hunger  and need  of  security, but  in all this  day  long  toil and  sweaty  hard work  the  woman  of  the  house   who  also  prides  in being  the  queen of  thee  kitchen forgets  herself and  overlooks  herself  and  ignores  her  own  needs, all  get  refreshed  by  the  aromatic  cooking  smells  floating  in the  air  , satisfied   but  the  woman  herself  though  content  forgets  to  groom herself  well
