-there  was  a  delivery  case  that  got  spoilt  when their  son was  born, they  were  forced  to  move  to  the  city , in the  big  city  hospital  an  operation on her  was  done, though  accompanying  her  were  her  mother  in law  and  their  maid  but  the  aging  elderly  woman  found  it  painful  to  move  her  joints , she herself  could  not  possibly  have  taken care  of  the  new  born  and  she  would  not  trust  the  maids  , the  women  of  the  family  could  not  spend  the  days  and  nights  constantly  in the  hospital  wards  so  they  called  the  sister  of  the  patient  woman
