....it was a well paid job  , he gad been working in the  hospital for past two years,  timings for the morning shift was from eight to four, his rounds began at nine to finish  by twelve,  the patients were unknown to him  therefore he was taking  extra pains to and giving  more time to each one to make their  charts,  regretting why he chose the wrong  board  , he gad to make extra follow up  charts and explain  everything in detail and give new instructions
