....rita,s brain had for a short duration  stopped functioning,  then she regained her  confidence and  said now she was no longer  troubled,  so ge could leave,  Bill was not in a hurry to leave,  he sat up in the sofa and asked her to get steaming hot coffee,  rita knew after coffee she would be dead, Bill promised he would follow the doctor, s instructions and  she would  get a painless death
