zalim khushi

...he was a senior advocate,  practicing for over twenty years,  a residence and car quite costly  earned from his profession,   for  some of the cases  he got nothing  and his services were free,  he wanted to narrate one  such case here,  it was about a father who killed his only daughter,  police said it was character and reputation  related case but the advocate saw the age of the girl and other factors  suggested  it wasn't  as it appeared
According to the f I r her name was pari chandyo, her mother was killed five years ago,  who was a school teacher and married to a well off man,  her postmortem  report  she was molested,  postmortem was conducted two weeks after the body was  found,  so it wasn't   much of an  issue,  , because  postmortem done after a long time isn't   that strong  impact,  , pari was the only daughter of that murdered woman and the  father of the girl was the accused,  he was arrested when he himself  surrendered and confessed  before the police,  he wasn't asked the motive nor did he  explain his objective of this murder,  he was  taken  in for fourteen days on police remand with a story attached
In this matter a human rights n g o  contacted  gulag chandyo and got some papers signed and the narrator advocate  was given the case,  the advocate  asked the court  to let him see his client,  he was granted permission,  authorities were instructed to arrange a meeting  between the accused and  the advocate appointed by the human rights  n g o
They were allowed to meet alone inside the prison  and the first question he asked was if it was true  that he had killed his daughter
Hearing the  question the accused smiled  he had already given his statement to the police regarding this
But you  didn't explain the motive
The  reason was so long  police had no time to listen
The  f I r says bad character
Gulag chandyo  explained he never said it, his daughter was  in fact so innocent and pure and  good hearted girl  that he could never have  thought of killing her
