... nashad had shifted to Lahore from Karachi,  impressive  housing society  was his new residence of his own,  his house  was built in a  sprawling area,  fantastically  fully decorated interiors  , because the house had been  kept locked  fir over two years  it  needed  some repairs and  thorough cleaning up,  therefore  Nasha gad reached his house in Lahore five days earlier 

, his wife was supposed to come later with their  one  and half year old infant 

A plumber and carpenter were  working  in the house,  there was a beautiful  wooden  cabinet in the master bedroom,  it needed some  retouching  at its back , the gap had to be fixed so things won't fall down 

Nadim the carpenter  on nashad s orders  pushed aside the cabinet  away from the wall several  fallen things  were  found  on the floor 

A few children's books, a few pencils,  one ballpoint  a few visiting cards  and  several  small more items,  there was something more that astonished him , he sat motionless  staring at it
