....papaya  is not just a delightful  fruit but also  healthy,  it can be eaten unripe and ripe,  easily available all the year round,  nominal price and valuable  for digestion,  papaya  must be included in one's diet as a regular,   it contains  minerals and vitamins  ,it can be a starter  desert or side  dish
