....in this case  the lawyer was playing a double role,  his  client was  was badly involved in  worse to worsening  matters  that  the lawyer  had to be hus defense and  prosecution at the same time,  how he managed  to emerge  successful  is narrated in the story itself 

He clearly remembered  it was a pleasantly dry February day , luckily their  case was  on number one,  the judge had taken his seat,  the lawyer presented his case  before him 

The judge  thoroughly read his request  and   addressed begh sahib  it seemed he wasn't  happy with the court proceedings,  or why did he wish to transfer the case to another court  because  every client wants his matters solved , two months ago the lawyer  took up this client   amir Ahmed s case ,  a huge amount of five lakhs  is   blocked by a cheat  who refuses to give up amir Ahmed s money,  amir Ahmed is a client  and  begh sahib  represents his case in this court and the  cheat shah   filed a counter case against  amir Ahmed in a different court
