....he had heard of this  job before  from a friend,  it was a job of whitewashing  and painting the houses , because he  for three months  living on charity  and now he hano wish to stay unemployed   so he quickly  agreed to accept the job, his friend introduced him to hus  senior worker  Jim who was  quite a cheerful  old man,  he explained  to Jim he had no work experience  , Jim was encouraging and  reached on time on Monday to pick him up,  Jim wasn't tall but a heavy built,  he stopped the vehicle before the house they were to work on , Jim gestured him to get down from the van,  they had carried their equipment and  materials  with them,  they began   rubbing  and scrubbing  windows and doors  for two hours,  his arms stiffened,  he thought they were to take a  break  but Jim was unstoppable and asked to get going 
For two men it wasn't a difficult task at all  and  straightened the ladder  carefully  near the drainage pipe  , Jim looked at him and smiled,  gave him a piece of sandpaper,  he was to climb up and  start working on the walls and  the pipe  Jim would later on check out how he did the work,  Jim  instructed him to  do it well,  he was  scared of going up the ladder  some forty feet above where tge drainage pipe was, he was to go up that high,  maintain his balance and  clean up the pipe  off its old flaky paint
