sasha decides to meet the lady owner of the house, neer hayat sitting in the lawn chair alone , with a news paper , staring blankly into it, not focussing, introducing herself she invites herself to sit in the other chair, they get to talking about kaila, she was the dead daughter-in-law burried along side her son"s grave , her surviving three daughters were settled after narriages in london who rang up several times a day to ask after their mother neer "s well being, she refused to go anywhere because she started her day by reciting passages from the quran , watching and feeling the presence of her loved ones and stayed there around till dusk when she would go in, sasha promises to visit her every day to keep her company
