bob  showed  his  concern  for  his  missing  client in whose  first  will his  nephew  kirk  was  his  legal  heir, but  his  second  will  had  included  Samuel  as  a  second  benefitiary  with  extra  clauses  , if  kirk  died  Samuel  was  to  get  all, if  renald  died   both  Samuel and  kirk  would  get   equal  shares  , but  what  was  worrying  was  kirk  also  was  missing
