Image result for balsam flowers--there  is  a  wrong  notion about  exercise that  it  is  only  meant  to  reduce  weight, so  only  for  over  weight  people, but  exercise  has  many  multifold  benefits, it  does  tone  up  the  body,  develops  stamina,  reduces  weight, checks  irregular   weight  problems but  most  of  all it  regulates  breathing , breathing  is   the  essence  of  life
