-robinson over heard  the  conversation between the  uncle  and  his  niece , he  was  eating his  breakfast  at  the  table  and  he  got  choked,  her  decision  made  it  easier  to  swallow  the  morsel  , finishing  off his  meal  he  joined  them in the  drawing  room where  a  tall  elderly  man  came  closer  and  announced  sarcastically  so  this  was  the  pauper man  she  wanted  to  marry, but  she  also  stubbornly  announced  the pauper was  no  longer  going  to  stay  pauper  because  she  would  make  him rich , uncle  was  ready  to  accept  her  choice  but  not  going  to  support her  choice
