....he bought a new car  and decided to go on a joy drive in the evening , he was  driving  at the speed of eighty when he  spotted a police car chasing him  with red and blue lights flashing,  he increased his speed hoping to escape but the police van also  fiercely  followed him and the distance between them  began to close up , finally  he  had to  stop at a side 

The sergeant  walked up to check his license and  scowled for he had done double duty already and it was a weekend he didn't want to spoil,  he asked the  driver to give one  solid excuse  in a minute and  he will be free 

The driver quickly invented an excuse for speeding up , his wife had run away with a policeman couple of days ago,  he thought  the poor man was  chasing him to return his wife 

He was  allowed to go free as the  sergeant  liked the excuse so much
