The mulla didn't want to give him his donkey and said the donkey wasn't at home, at that point the donkey brayed declaring his presence at home
The neighbor expressed how much he regretted mulla s excuse accusing him of lying, if he didn't care to lend his donkey he could have refused instead of lying
The mulla said he too regretted it, that the neighbor didn't believe him but believed the donkey s statement
