....she asked Ahmed if she could speak  to him  , her tone was sweet   as he watched   Shahid afridi , her question   was heard but his eyes were still glued to the television screen  as he rapidly  began   delivering  a memorized  speech

She heard him out , it was absolutely  useless chatter,  she wanted to hit ger head somewhere  but  checked herself  or ge would have given her a cool look and said  dear that action looks so good on her 

She was ready to argue,  all the points he praised her were   not  valid,  but he always  responded  by admiring her whenever she used sweet tone  and asked him  if she could speak with him 

He had learnt by heart  several  poetic metaphors  to make her happy  but watching the television  specially  afridi Shahid  he forgot his lines well learnt and   mismatched  some phrases
