amrood--

--amrood  is  known in the  greek , Persian and Arabic  by  different  names,  in English it  is  guava the  original  native  of  south America  now  found  in abundance  in south asia , it  has  many  uses  including  medical  besides  eaten as  fruit  when ripe  and  added to  dishes  when unripe,
-its  bark  and  leaves  had  tanic  acid twenty  five  percent
-improves digestion
-good  for  skin and  general  appetite
-leaves  boiled  and  used  as  herbal  tea  is good  for  health
-good  for  heart
-too  much  consumption must  be  avoided
