-tips  that  make  life  in the  kitchen easy--
to  quickly  brown the  freshly  chopped  onion soak  them in milk before  frying
-add  a  drop of  honey  to  eggs  when beating  them to  remove  that  smell you  do  not  like
-add  a  spoon of  curd  or  some  lemon juice  in lady fingers  when cooking  to  get  that  extra  crisp
-store  biscuits  in polythene bags  in fridge  for  the  crunchy bite
-a  burning  candle  in  the  kitchen near  the  cooking  stove  can help  the  smell from floating  out  from there  to  other  rooms
-if  the  gravy  of  a  dish  has  turned  watery , a  spoonful of  roasted  semolina added can  thicken it
-a  drop of  oil or  rice  wheat added to  the  pakodas   mix  before  deep  frying  gives  them additional  flavor  and  colour  and  taste
