-just sleepless nights are not the real reason for feeling low on your energy level, getting tired without much work , no stamina, and wanting to do nothing at all has many more causes like no exercise, or too much of it, water consumption, not enough of it , lack of iron, low self esteem, comparisons and competitions and hectic schedules, not starting the day on a proper note and proper diet, , lack of rest, physical and mental health keeps the body functioning correctly
