-a  newly  married  man goes  to  a  ear  specialist  to  ask  what  should  he  do  his  wife  does  not  listen  to  him, she fails  to  answer  his  questions, he  was  given some  instructions  and  tips  and  this  time  when the  man reached  home  he  shouted   on top of  his  voice  calling  his  wife, not  hearing  any  answer  he  entered  the  hall   from where   again he  called  out  in a  loud  and  clear  voice, no  answer  , he  further   stepped  into  the  bedroom  and  shouted  her  name  out  , no  answer  he  entered the  kitchen and  loudly  asked  what  was  she  doing  , she  shouted  back  --had  he  gone  deaf,  she  had  answered  four  times  she  was  making  tea  for  him in the  kitchen
