....from every angle he appeared alive , at first glance he thought  it was  someone working for uncle Martin looking for something in the laboratory but his sudden disappearance  from sight  was unnerving and unreasonable,  he quickly turned the side table lamp  on and carefully surveyed the entire room,  the invador was vanished without leaving any trace,  he concluded this was not normal,  he spent the rest of the night waking up but nothing more happened to disturb his sanity,  he is one of those early larks and gets up quite early  but his uncle  was already up before him and strolling outside,  the moment uncle saw him he leapt forward eagerly 

Did you see him  asked he breathlessly

Of course I did,  he then repeated the whole experience in the laboratory last night,  uncle Martin took him inside to discuss the situation,  they had some time before breakfast,  before he could  give his  views on the matter uncle decided to  give the details of the  situation  , , he also  got curious to know what was going on,  

Uncle began by explaining he had not slept properly for the past four years,   his health was suffering from it,  the  illusion  comes and goes  as it would  shrugging and disappearing out of sight inside the laboratory
