--phatal  was  naturally  a  willing  learner , regretting  why  she  wasted  her  life  in a  village  where  no  facilities  were  given , in the  junior  malkin"s  haveli  after  dusk  life  negan  a new , lights   from ceilings, chandeliers , gateways, pathways, lawns, gardens, in rooms  and  the  surroundings  shone  bright making  it  wonderful to  see, television and  other  electric things  seemed  to  flash  colours  and  lights  everywhere  , it  became  a magic  world  she  missed all her  life, she  with her  new  make over  had  changed  from a  down trodden  beggarly  appearance  to  a  royal  grand   beghum in her  mistress"s  discarded  attires altered with the  help of  sakina, her  glow  on her  goodlooking  face  made  her  very  attractive, she  thought  she  should  be  the  mistress  of  the  haveli  and  the  junior   malkin her  maid , because  it  was  she  herself  who  was  better  to  look at, she had  leanrt  and  adopted  hew  lofe  style  with ease, her  malkin had  her  own personal car  , her  husband another the  seniors  had  other  cars for  their  use, sakina  always  accompanied  the  madam  everhwhere  or  someone  wise  and  experienced and  loya, but  how  one  month passed  phatal  did was  not  aware  of  till she  was  asked  to  go  with her  husband  ahmed  for  two  days  to  visit  her  native  village  , where  she  spent  most  of  the  time  socializing  , ahmed  was  not  happy that  se  was  changed, he  had  expected  she would miss him, weep  for  him, cry to  be  home, but  she  was  a  changed  woman
